ServicesCurrently, the following services are offered:
On Site ScanningDDS understands that some documents contain sensitive information (resumes, medical records, financial information, legal documents, etc.) and can not leave the site. We will supply all of the required equipment and an operator to scan your documents. We work day shifts (8 hours = 7½ hours work + ½ hour lunch break). Equipment setup/removal and document handling is part of this time. If a separate room with outlets, tables, chair and a locked door is available then equipment can stay on site and save setup/removal time each day. This Document scanning service is available in the Toronto - Waterloo - London - Hamilton - Niagara Falls Ontario region for a flat rate fee of $500 CDN per day. For areas outside the Toronto - Waterloo - London - Hamilton - Niagara Falls Canada area an additional cost to cover travel expenses will be added. Document ScanningUp to 11" x 17" paper sizes can be scanned. Image can be resized to any image dimensions if your desired resolution is not listed. Image processing - Deskewing, despeckling, cropping, resizing, and compression, etc.
