DDS understands that some documents contain sensitive information (resumes, medical records, financial information, legal documents, etc.) or need to be available to be accessed and can not leave the site.
We will supply all of the required equipment and an operator to scan your documents. We work an 8 hour day shift. Equipment setup/removal and document handling is part of this time. If a separate room with outlets, tables, chair and a locked door is available then equipment can stay on site and save setup and removal time each day.
Document Scanning costs can be calculated based on either a "per day" or "per page" basis. This Document scanning service is available areas as far away as Toronto - Waterloo - London - Hamilton - Niagara Falls Ontario region for a flat rate fee of $ 425 Cdn per day (min 5 days). On-Site scanning outside of this area is available at additional cost (contact us for a quote).
Off site scanning is offered for $ 325 Cdn per day (min 5 days). This would involve picking up the documents from your site and processing at our site. If you require a document that we have, we can process that document for you and email it to you or if the file is large create a website from which you can download the file from later the same day.

If you require us to prepare your documents for scanning by removing staples, restapling, etc. we charge $ 25.00 / hour for this service

Output is to either Searchable PDF file format or MS-Word file format.
